How long does the free beta last?
The beta duration is not fixed. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any paid pricing is introduced. You can use Kohabit without commitment until that notification.
Will my data be lost when switching to a paid plan?
No. Your data is preserved regardless of your plan. If you decide not to switch to a paid plan, you can export all your data before the expiry date.
Will there be a permanent free plan?
We are exploring a limited free tier (e.g. one association, basic features). Our priority is to keep Kohabit accessible to small volunteer condo boards.
How will I be notified of pricing changes?
By email to your account address, with at least 30 days' notice. No charge will be made without your explicit consent.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No commitment, no penalties. You can export your data and delete your account at any time from your account settings.
