What is a "door"?
A door is an address: a home or a commercial unit. A parking spot or a storage space on its own lot does not count.
How is the total price calculated?
Multiply the number of doors in your condo by the chosen rate. Flex, by the month: $2.99 per door, so $59.80 a month for 20 doors. Zen, by the year: $29.90 per door, two months free, so $598 a year. The amount is capped: it never exceeds $79 a month, or $790 a year, however many doors you have. A 40-door condo therefore pays $79 a month, not $119.60. The cap starts at 27 doors. The syndicate gets a single invoice.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Zen, by the year, works out to $2.49/door/mo (2 months free): for a 20-door condo, that's $119.60 saved per year.
How is Kohabit different from other software?
Our pricing is public and the same for everyone, no negotiation. Everything is included from the start: no paid modules or base fees inflating the bill. And your data is hosted in Canada.
How does the free trial work?
