1 Why early access?

Kohabit is a young platform, built with and for volunteer condo boards in Quebec. Rather than developing behind closed doors for years, we chose to open access to a select group of people right now.

By joining early access, you get full access to all existing features at no cost. In return, your feedback helps us improve the product every week and prioritize what truly matters to you.

Your data during early access

We do our best to protect your data, but early access inherently carries risks that you must accept before signing up:

  • ▸ Your data could be lost, reset, or deleted during major updates or database migrations.
  • ▸ The service may be interrupted without notice for maintenance, critical bug fixes, or deployments.
  • ▸ The data structure may change, making some information incompatible with future versions.
  • ▸ Features may evolve, disappear, or be replaced without prior notice.

⚠️ For this reason, we advise against storing critical or irreplaceable data on Kohabit during the early access period.

2 What we cannot guarantee

By using Kohabit during the early access period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • • The service is provided "as-is", with no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or continuity.
  • • Technologies Kohabit Inc. cannot be held liable for any data loss, service interruption, or harm arising from use of the platform.
  • • There is no service level agreement (SLA) during early access; we do not guarantee a minimum uptime.
  • • Final pricing, terms of use, and features have not yet been set and may differ from what you see today.

What we commit to

  • ✓ Do everything we can to preserve your data and notify you in advance of any planned reset.
  • ✓ Respond promptly if you report an issue or need help: [email protected]
  • ✓ Improve based on your feedback, with your input directly incorporated into our roadmap.
  • ✓ Never sell your data to third parties. Our privacy policy applies in full.

3 Full terms of use

By signing up, you also accept our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These documents govern your use of Kohabit generally. This page supplements them by specifying the terms specific to the early access period.
